The beginning - I remember my dance shoes. And the color of the stage while i was looking at my shoes. I was not scared, yet all the butterflies were dancing in my stomach and i thought i can do anything. This day was my first performance on the stage. I was 6 years old but i remember this day like it was yesterday. Right then i knew, me and dancing - we belong together.
Since then i have been studying different styles in several studios in Estonia, France, Finland. I have a masters degree in Dance from Institute of the Arts Barcelona.
My biggest inspiration comes from my dancers, from the stories they tell and movements they do - i always say to my dancers - take my choreography and make it your own - twist it, use it, play with it. I love to see different and unique interpretations of my choreography. It's really important that dancer don't loose his/her unique way to move. Together can born amazing things.
